MakeBox AI — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MakeBox AI web application, browser extension, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Cyfra LLC (Florida, USA) ("MakeBox AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MakeBox AI provides tools to research, create, optimize and manage Etsy listings — including keyword research, SEO optimization, AI-assisted content and images, competitor analysis, and publishing helpers. Estimated metrics (sales, revenue, conversion, competition) are estimates for guidance only and are not guarantees of results.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for complying with Etsy's own terms and policies when you connect your shop or publish through the Service.

3. Plans, credits & billing

• Paid plans and token/credit packs are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• AI text and image generation consume tokens/credits at the rates shown in-app. Consumed tokens are non-refundable.
• Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the listings, text, images and data you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload, and that your listings comply with applicable law and marketplace rules.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse-engineering or scraping beyond permitted use, reselling the Service without authorization, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using the Service to violate Etsy's terms or any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or endanger its stability.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Etsy, payment processors, AI providers). Your use of those integrations is subject to their terms, and their availability is outside our control.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee sales, rankings, or specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeBox AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.

9. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified in-app.
