MakeBox AI — Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the MakeBox AI affiliate / referral program operated by Cyfra LLC (Florida, USA) ("MakeBox AI", "we", "us"). By generating a referral link or enrolling in the program, you ("Affiliate", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. How it works

You receive a unique referral link. When a new customer signs up through your link and becomes a paying MakeBox AI subscriber, you earn a commission on their payments as described below.

2. Commission

• You earn 30% of the net subscription amount actually paid by each customer you refer.
• Commissions apply to payments made during the first 12 months from the referred customer's sign-up date.
• Commission is calculated on amounts net of taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and processing fees.
• Only successful, paid payments earn commission. Free plans, trials, credits, and unpaid invoices do not.

3. Attribution

• A referral is attributed when a new user signs up within 90 days of clicking your link (last-click).
• Each customer can be attributed to one Affiliate, fixed at sign-up. Customers already registered are not eligible.

4. Holding period & reversals

• Commissions are held for 30 days before becoming payable, to allow for refunds and disputes.
• If a referred payment is refunded, charged back, or reversed, the related commission is cancelled; if already paid, it may be deducted from future commissions.

5. Payouts

• Payouts are issued manually once your approved balance reaches a minimum of USD 50.
• Payouts are sent via PayPal or Wise (international bank transfer) to the details you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate payout information.
• You are responsible for any taxes on commissions you receive and for providing required tax documentation (e.g. W-9 / W-8BEN) where applicable.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Self-referrals (referring your own account or accounts you control).
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any unlawful promotion.
• Bidding on MakeBox AI brand terms in paid search, or impersonating MakeBox AI.
• Misleading claims, fake reviews, cookie stuffing, or fraudulent traffic.
• Coupon, cashback, or incentivized-traffic sites without our prior written approval.

Violations may result in withheld/forfeited commissions and removal from the program.

7. Term & termination

Either party may end participation at any time. On termination without cause, validly earned and approved commissions outstanding will be paid per Section 5. Commissions linked to fraud or Term violations are forfeited.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms or the commission structure at any time. Material changes apply going forward from the date posted. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

9. Relationship & liability

You are an independent contractor; these Terms do not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeBox AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the program.
