MakeBox AI — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cyfra LLC (Florida, USA) ("MakeBox AI", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the MakeBox AI web application and browser extension (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in, if used).
• Shop & listing data: when you connect Etsy, we access listing, order and shop data needed to provide the Service.
• Content you provide: titles, descriptions, tags, images, and files you create or upload.
• Billing data: processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: feature usage, device/browser info, and diagnostic logs to operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use it

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, generate the analytics and AI outputs you request, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI processing

To generate text and images, relevant content you submit may be sent to third-party AI providers acting as our processors. We do not use your private shop data to train third-party public models, and we instruct providers not to retain it beyond what is needed to return a result, where such controls are available.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, database, payment processing, email, analytics, AI providers), under agreements that require them to protect it; or when required by law; or to protect our rights and users. Etsy data is accessed under your authorization and Etsy's API terms.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and privacy-respecting product analytics to understand feature usage. We do not record the specific content you type (such as your Etsy data or emails) in analytics session replays.

6. Data retention & security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (including tenant isolation and access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage much of your data in-app or contact us to exercise these rights. You may disconnect Etsy at any time to revoke our access.

8. International transfers & children

We operate from the United States; by using the Service you consent to processing there. The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
